Dear 7 Ages Legends,

As you know, on the 25th of July we received 7 Ages: the Collector's Edition Deluxe Embroidered production model #1.

I approved it for packing and palletting on the 28th July. Unfortunately it took 7 weeks to pack and pallette, much longer than anticipated based on our prior experience. To be fair to the printers, 7 Ages is not like Monopoly, you don't have a bunch of pieces to put in one box. 7 Ages is more like lego where the red blocks are in more than one kit and each kit has more than red blocks. In our case we have 30 items going into one or more of 15 games and kits (eg the Medieval card set is in several games and kits and each of those games and kits has more than the Medieval card set) and the printers were very careful that you get what you ordered in your game.

  

We also asked to have the games themselves all packed into printed outer boxes to protect your game during shipping and so the games had to be effectively double packed.

 

The great news is that it is now all done

and the games are now finally being shipped around the world. I'm very sorry for the delay, I know how impatient you are to get your game, none more so than me, but short of the ships sinking (not a zero percent chance for our European and African customers as their shipment will be going through the Red Sea if it's navigable) it's clear sailing from now on.

The expected times that you should receive your game depends on where you live

Asia - sometime before the middle of October

The Americas, Australia and the Pacific - sometime before the middle of November

Europe and Africa - sometime before the end of November.

These figures are based on the shippers estimates. For example the shippers to the USA say it's 4-6 weeks to ship to them (including customs duty and internal transport) and then we expect R & R games (our US fulfillment partners) to take a week to send out all the advance orders and you should receive your game a few days after that. It's the same for Europe except the ship takes 1 or 2 weeks longer to arrive. If you haven't received your game or kit 2 weeks after this time please give Peter a hoy at <australiandesigngroup@gmail.com> with your name, address and order number.

The official release of 7 Ages the Collector's edition is Spiel 2026 where we are sharing a booth with Lonny Games that will be run by our European manager Heiko. To ensure we have games for the show, we are airfreighting in 2 pallettes of 7 Ages Collector's edition Deluxe embroidered games so you can pick them up at the show if you are attending. We only have 162 x 7 Ages Deluxe embroidered games coming in so if you would like to reserve one please email Heiko at <heiko.gentzik@gmail.com> with your name, address and order number and which day you intend to pick the game up.

7 Ages change of address - Germany (or USA or China or wherever you want the game sent to).

and in the text please include your name and new address. If your shipping address is now in a different country please say in the text of the email what your original address was as all the orders are already separated by country for each of our fulfillment partners. Please do this as soon as possible as the first games to our Asian customers could be going out to you as early as next week.
